High School Team Members

Guardian Knight High School Wrestling is an open-enrollment program dedicated to providing a year-round, top-quality training experience for wrestlers enrolled in high school. Our mission is to offer our wrestlers the opportunity to reach their full potential as competitors, both on and off the mat. Classes include wrestling technique and fundamentals, structured drilling, hard wrestling, strength and conditioning, mental development, and nutrition. This program is designed for serious competitors who are looking to succeed in high school and beyond.
