Ken Coburn - Head Coach - (925) 980-3872
![]() I am committed to helping our athletes realize there full wrestling potential.
Erik Engdahl - President - (925) 784-2327
![]() My objective is to manage the development of Guardian Knights Wrestling Club until it becomes a self-sufficient non-profit organization that provides year-round wrestling training to youth in our community. I believe in helping others achieve worthy goals. My son Andrew was a CIF state qualifier, is an Eagle Scout, and he attends Cal Poly University. My son Brian was a NCS champion, is an Eagle Scout, and wrestles for Oregon State University. My goal for the club is to develop a place where a new parent is not forced to start at the beginning. Help us create a center of excellence with institutional memory. Learn more about our club by reading the President’s Message: Click Here
Gregg Fulton - Vice President
![]() My responsibilities as a board member include Tournament Director, Tournament Chaperon and to Review Legal Documents. While I have been involved in wrestling in a supportive capacity for about six years because of my two sons, I just started getting involved with coaching. I completed the Bronze Certification provided by USA Wrestling and I assist our other veteran coaches with all age groups and levels of experience. I feel that wrestling is one of the most challenging sports, both physically and mentally and I admire any boy or girl that is willing to put themselves out on the mat all alone.
Jacki Reese - Secretary
![]() I am responsible for setting up periodic board meetings and publishing the meeting minutes with a list of decisions made and a list of open action items. Jacki, please feel free to provide a 2012 update to this section. Thanks, Erik.
Position Open - Treasurer
![]() We are looking for a parent with book keeping skills who is willing to follow up with members to ensure that club dues are paid when due. The Treasurer manages our club checking account. Moderate computer skills would make this job very easy because we do have some on-line tools for payment and for tracking contact information. This job requires about 3 hours a week. Thank you in advance for volunteering. |
