Athlete Training & Practice

Training sessions for athletes in Elementary, Middle School and High School will follow the Granada Open Mat Schedule that starts on Tuesday March 6th.  We are reviewing other Open Mat Schedules as requested by members of the club.

Athletes are encouraged to attend all training sessions. The more an athlete attends practice / training sessions, the more mat time they will get, and the more they will improve.
